WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP
Little Blue and Little Red are twin flats available to rent for short periods. They are located in the San Paolo district of Rome and are close to the Metro B station with which you can reach the Colosseum and the Forum, the heart of Rome's historic centre, in ten minutes.
The flats are located opposite each other. Completely independent, quiet and recently renovated, they can be rented separately or together. They are both two-room apartments with a living room with kitchenette, large bedroom with double bed, bathroom and small balcony. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room of both flats.

Group discounts
The entrance door of the two flats is shared, a small hallway separates the entrance of Little Blue (left) from that of Little Red (right). Book them both and you will have two completely independent but very close spaces at a discounted price! -

PRICES & PROMOTIONS
The table below shows the prices per night in high and low season. To the indicated price must be added the tourist tax of Roma Capitale, which is 6 euros per night per person. Prices may vary both upwards, in conjunction with holidays or major events, and downwards. For example, we have provided discounts for stays longer than a week, for those accompanying their child for one or two nights at the Bambin Gesù Hospital and for those booking both flats.

WHERE WE ARE
The flats are a 5-minute walk from metro B with which you can easily reach the Colosseum and Termini station. The San Paolo district takes its name from the famous Basilica, one of the four papal basilicas in Rome (the largest after St. Peter's). The area has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In the immediate vicinity of the flats you will find a market, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
- You can cancel a reservation up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
- If cancellation is made after this deadline, you will receive a 50% refund for all unused nights. The nights used will not be refunded.
