However, over time we have received requests to rent them as film sets for small crews. We therefore decided to make both apartments available to small productions. We do ask, however, that anyone interested in using our spaces for this purpose rent both apartments at the same time. We believe that the presence of a crew could disturb any guests staying in the neighboring apartment, as the two units are adjacent.
Renting the two apartments together – although located in the same building (they were created by dividing a single apartment into two), they maintain separate and independent spaces – can, in our opinion, be particularly useful. This setup allows work to be organized more efficiently: one apartment can be used for filming, while the other can serve as a technical area, dressing room, or support space for the crew.
